These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kpkok platform and all of its services. When you create an account on kpkok or use any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. Please read this document carefully before using the site.

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. kpkok will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you share your password with someone else and any loss results from that, kpkok will not be held responsible.

3.2 Identity Verification

kpkok may request identity verification documents at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. These may include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account
• The registered mobile number of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 SSL Encryption

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

kpkok currently accepts deposits through the following mobile banking methods:

• Rocket — the mobile banking wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. No processing fee applies to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is verified, it is generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the mobile banking account through which the deposit was made and which is registered in the user's name.

4.3 Withdrawal Delays

kpkok reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if an identity verification or security review is in progress. Users will be notified in such situations.

4.4 Responsible Financial Transactions

Any attempt to use kpkok for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account, and action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kpkok offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000 (maximum bonus cap applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• All bets placed with bonus funds will count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will be considered fraud.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.4 VIP Cashback

kpkok's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity and engagement with the platform.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is placed on kpkok, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed except in the case of a technical error. Please review the market, odds, and terms carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers markets for cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other popular sports. Example betting market: you can bet on possible outcomes in a Bangladesh vs India match. If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, the related bets will be voided and the stake refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

kpkok offers a range of casino games, including slot machines, live table games, and other entertainment games. Each game is powered by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results.

6.4 Live Casino

6.5 Fair Play Policy

9.3 Forfeiture
